My first time traveling solo, I visited the Scandinavia region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark). Solo-traveling brings an exciting element to exploring a new country. Each day was like meeting a new character, each with their own story to tell.

On a Wharton trip to Milan, Rome, and Venice, we studied luxury fashion, retail, and international business models. A few places we visited included Prada headquarters, Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari, and Eataly.
Tech in San Francisco
Explored the tech scene in SF on a Wharton trip, visiting companies like AirBnb and Oracle. Rode around the city on Lime’s electric scooters, checked out the Palace of Fine Arts, and ate at In-N-Out of course!

Along my travels in Copenhagen, I met many architects, who came to the city renown for its unique architectural style and design evolution. With Viking roots, Danish architecture blends design with functionality, and the old with the new.

I interned at a music talent management company and took the opportunity to explore Sydney’s largest music studios, festivals, and of course, an opera at the Sydney Opera House.

Venice Beach has an amazing boardwalk. With street performers, a beautiful beach, a handful of local shops, and a variety of Mexican street food, Venice Beach is the perfect spot for a layover.

Melbourne’s a 24/7 city. Streets are lined with thriving businesses with pockets of local markets. There’s a great food scene, including the #1 croissants in the world (NY Times). Plus, there’s that gorgeous library.
Nature in New Zealand
Road trip from Christchurch to Queenstown, driving along beautiful mountains and stopping at shimmering lakes. NZ has a strong sense of its Māori culture, and much of South Island remains untouched.
